We are here to provide more than a 'hard session', we leave our members feeling accomplished with a better understanding of why and how we do things.
Whether you're a complete beginner or veteran our coaches will leave you feeling welcome and confident in your sessions.

OMNI - WOD
Functional Fitness
The classic 'Workout of the Day' class is split into two parts: First part emphasises functional skill development and building strength. Second part is always a challenging workout designed to increase cardiovascular endurance and improved fitness/stamina. We use a combination of bodyweight movements, weightlifting, cardio and gymnastics in a varied and fun way!
OMNI - CON
Metabolic Conditioning
In & out in less than 45 mins. These classes are high intensity, designed for those who prefer a quick & efficient way to burn those calories and break a sweat. It offers a time-efficient option for those who want to maximise their workout in a short amount of time.
0MNI - HYROX
New at OMNI
Combines functional workouts and endurance challenges. Hyrox is highly accessible and takes a Hybrid approach to functional fitness. As a newly Hyrox Affiliated gym, we run progressive programs that incorporates running, kettlebell movements, sled push & pull AND more.

OMNI - GYMNASTICS
Learn something new
Every Wednesday at 6:30pm, we run our gymnastics class where our members practice and learn various rig movements such as pull ups, toes-to-bar, muscle ups. We also look at the fun upside down movements - handstand push ups & handstand walking!
OMNI - LIFT
Weightlifting Skill Development
Designed to teach & improve Olympic Weightlifting, including the snatch and clean & jerk movements. Our members learn proper form, lead by Head Coach, Conor (qualified British Weightlifting Level 2 Coach with over 6 years experience in the sport).
OMNI - CV
Cardio & Bodyweight Focus
A full hour of endurance. We hone in on only low impact movements consisting of CV machines such as the rower, ski and bike erg with a few bodyweight movements thrown in for good measure! In summer, we love to get out for a sunny evening run.
SQUAD - WOD
Team Up & Grab a Coffee
Our Saturday Squad WOD kicks off at 9am. It is our most popular class with members teamed up ready to work through a sweaty metcon! We mix it up each Saturday - sometimes synchronised movements and other times, a more one person works, the other rests type format. We then like to chill with a morning coffee ready for the rest of the weekend.
OMNI - DUO
Pairs WOD
A dynamic workout where our members pair up and take on a combination of weightlifting, gymnastic and cardio based exercises. It's collaborative, varied and provides that extra bit of motivation and accountability to push each other to achieve fitness goals.
