GET TO KNOW OUR COACHES

Coach Con

As Head Coach, Conor has been at OMNI from Day 1. He uses his experience in functional fitness to programme the OMNI class timetable. His main passion lies in Olympic Weightlifting, where he has helped our members add kilos to their Clean & Jerk and Snatch lifts.
You'll find Conor leading our teen classes & Corporate Sessions, Club specialised workouts and more.

Coach B

Bianca brings a wealth of experience to OMNI, alongside her vibrant energy and approachable coaching style. As a British Masters Olympic Weightlifting competitor, she combines technical precision with a passion for helping members move well and build confidence.

You’ll find Coach B leading sessions that blend functional fitness, weightlifting, and Hyrox-style training - always setting the tone with her signature warm-ups and positive energy.

Coach Sharon

You'll either find Sharon coaching the classes or taking part. She has an incredible ability to break down gymnastic movements making it easier for our members to pick up. Sharon has taken part in many team functional fitness competitions and Hyrox simulations.

Coach Ads

You’ll find Adam leading our Thursday evening sessions, bringing over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. A former Royal Navy PTI with a background in Sport and Performance Science, he combines practical coaching with a deep understanding of how the body works to help members train smarter and perform better.
